Hello WordCamp London, I’m Rhys.

My first WordCamp of the year is this weekend, and I’m taking on a bit of responsibility, acting as MC on Saturday Morning and Sunday Afternoon. It should be a great conference and I spoke at it a few years ago, and I’m looking forward to coming back as I’ve not been down in London for a few years at this great conference.

I’ve not had a chance on which talks I will be attending over the weekend (obviously I’m a bit dictated by the volunteer schedule I’m on) but I hope to be able to go to a few, as well as spend a bit of time in the hallway track.

Who I’m looking to Meet

I’m looking to network with plugin developers. I’m especially interested to speak to plugin developers who have integrated Gutenberg with their plugins before WordPress 5.0. I’ve had a bit of a play and it works but I’m looking for other options, particularly if you have built custom blocks that work with feeds. I’ve a solution for eBay Feeds for WordPress that is okay, but kind of want second opinions on it.

I’m also looking for WordPress bloggers who wish to partner with us for a few guest posts and reviews.

So About Me

So hello! My name is Rhys! I’m a WordPress developer, WordPress Organiser (Manchester WordCamp 2017), WordCamp speaker, and commercial plugin author. You can check out WP Taxi Me & WP Email Capture (as well as my other free plugins). You can use the code WCLONDON2018 to get 25% off any of my plugins until April 23rd.

If you’re going, please say hi, I’d love to meet and network with you all. The after party in particular sounds right up my street with a gaming night, so looking forward to spending a bit of time in London with WordPress people!
