Today I’m delighted to announce the release of eBay Feeds for WordPress (Free) 2.4!

This version (which is separate to the release of eBay Feeds for WordPress Premium 2.4) introduces a new feature, which had to be introduced after eBay changed the way they structured feeds – allowing users to specify the maximum size of images.

Max Image Width Option

Within the options panel of both the free and premium version you can now set the maximum width of an image. This box accepts any number greater than 0.

Please note, this option sets the maximum width of the image. It was added as a few people have noted that ebay’s images are now a lot bigger, so if the images are in any way smaller, then they won’t stretch to meet this width.

Keep Upto Date

The project is on Github. You can find it on Github here. I’ve also created a list of issues (a roadmap if you will) of changes to implement. Feel free to add (or try and fix) them!

Support for the new version will be provided either on the wordpress.org forum or our Priority Support system.
